Gladis Benavides, principal Consultant has extensive practical experience including being the Director of the Office of Civil Rights for both the Department of Health and Social Services and the Department of Workforce Development in a large Midwestern state.  She is knowledgeable and able to provide services and technical assistance to Government agencies and educational institutions that must provide services in a culturally competent manner. BE services include development and implementation of internal policies and procedures designed to recruit and retain competent professionals.
